Our infrastructure of care

Together, the Stewards and Gardeners are the anchors of our ecosystem, connecting individuals and organisations, weaving the weavers (leaders of communities, collectives, and organisations) and enabling the flow of resources, ideas and coordinated actions at an ecosystem level.

Our approach begins by bringing together a diverse group of players. But to truly tap into collective intelligence, we need the right conditions, both inner and outer, that foster deep trust and collaboration, even in tough times.

That’s why a core part of our work focuses on building an infrastructure of care across the ecosystem.

The core of Bodhi Sangha

At the heart of Bodhi Sangha, there is a collective walking with clarity of intent and awareness of action. Many of us have over 10 years of experience in India’s social change space and are deeply connected through a long-standing field of maitri (noble friendship).

The pollinators and ecosystem nodes:
grounding the work

Together, the Pollinators and the Ecosystem Nodes play the sacred role of bringing our vision to life through on-ground actions, deep collective inquiries and emergent creative spaces.

Nodes are self-organised groups that coordinate responses across levels: global, national, sectoral, local and individual. They emerge through both intention and natural alignment.

This forms a dynamic, decentralised and resilient field, able to sense, adapt and act across the complex layers of the metacrisis.
